Sobia arrived in Canada in 2001 and graduated with a Bachelor's in Manufacturing Engineering from Ontario Tech University. Her adventurous spirit took her to London, England for a working holiday, where she gained valuable international experience. Upon returning to Canada, Sobia worked with Circle K, managing multiple retail and gas bar locations, which shaped her professional journey.

After settling in the Comox Valley with her family, Sobia developed a passion for real estate. She continually expands her market knowledge, staying updated on trends and property values.
